How can I order something?
Our ordering process is very simple and clearly structured. Just follow these steps:
1. Click on "Add to Cart" to place the desired item in your cart.
2. Once you have completed your purchase, click on the shopping cart icon to view an order summary. If you agree with the contents of the cart, click on "Checkout" to proceed with the payment process.
3. Now enter your email address and password to proceed to the "Confirm and Pay" page. If you do not have a customer account with us yet, first enter your contact details under "Sign up now" and then continue with the payment process.
4. Check again if you agree with the contents of the shopping cart and confirm your selection.
5. If you have a voucher or a discount code, enter it accordingly under "Redeem voucher/discount code".
6. Confirm the shipping address and payment method.
7. Confirm your payment method and click on "Order now". For your additional security, the 3D-Secure procedure is often used for online card payments. Depending on the issuing institution, you will be prompted to enter a password or a security code that has been sent to you via email or SMS.
After your order, we will send you an order confirmation to the email address you provided during your registration. This confirmation will include all the details of your order once again. Please ensure that the address stehmann-store.com is classified as a safe sender by your email program. If you do not receive an email from us, please also check your spam folder for safety.

When will my account be charged for an order?
Your credit card will be charged upon dispatch of the order. Your PayPal account will be charged immediately after the order is placed.
What is 3D Secure/ Verified by Visa? To guarantee the best possible protection of your data, your credit card information is transmitted encrypted and is not stored with us. Our payment system is additionally certified according to the 3-D Secure/ Verified by Visa Safekey procedure. These procedures protect your credit card data with a security code.

Can I track the status of my shipment?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.
With this tracking number, you can track the order directly.
If you are in another country and want to purchase Stehmann products, please use the Store Finder to find the nearest store.
Returns
You can return any item ordered on stehmann-store.com within 30 days from the delivery date to our warehouse (STEHMANN Mode GmbH, Hansastrasse 22, 90766 Fürth, Germany). The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging.
We cover the cost of returning the items if you send the shipment via DHL.
Return instructions:
1. Attach the enclosed return label to the box
2. Include the delivery note in original or copy
3. Take the package to a Post/DHL shop
4. After receipt and inspection of the goods, your payment will be refunded

refund
As soon as we receive and verify your return and all requirements are met, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be requested on the same day of acceptance.
After receiving the confirmation email, the amount will be refunded through our payment system. When the credit is transferred to your account depends on your bank.
