How can I order something?
Our ordering process is very simple and straightforward. Simply follow these steps:
1. Click on “Add to Cart” to add the desired item to your shopping cart.
2. Once you've completed your purchase, click the shopping cart icon to view an order summary. If you're happy with the contents of your shopping cart, click "Checkout" to proceed with the payment process.
3. Now enter your email address and password to go to the "Confirm and Pay" page. If you don't have a customer account with us yet, first enter your contact details under "Register now" and then continue with the payment process.
4. Check again whether you agree with the contents of the shopping cart and confirm your selection.
5. If you have a voucher or discount code, enter it accordingly under “Redeem voucher/discount code”.
6. Confirm the shipping address and payment method.
7. Confirm your payment method and click "Order now." For additional security, online card payments often use the 3D Secure process. Depending on the issuing bank, you will be asked to enter a password or security code sent to you via email or SMS.
After placing your order, we will send you an order confirmation to the email address you provided during registration. This confirmation will contain all the details of your order. Make sure your email program classifies stehmann-store.com as a safe sender. If you don't receive an email from us, please also check your spam folder.

When will my account be charged for an order?
Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. Your PayPal account will be charged immediately after your order is placed.
What is 3D Secure/Verified by Visa? To ensure the best possible protection of your data, your credit card information is transmitted encrypted and not stored by us. Our payment system is also certified according to the 3D Secure/Verified by Visa Safekey process. This process protects your credit card data with a security code.
Shipment
Which countries does the Stehmann store deliver to?
Delivery is currently available to these countries and is carried out by DHL Standard. Delivery times and costs can be found in the following overview:

Can I track the status of my shipment?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email.
Using this tracking number you can track your order directly.
If you are located in another country and would like to purchase Stehmann products, please use the Store Finder to find the nearest store.
Returns
You can return or exchange any item ordered from stehmann-store.com within 30 days of the delivery date to our warehouse (STEHMANN Mode GmbH, Hansastrasse 22, 90766 Fürth, Germany). Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Since returns have both environmental impacts and involve considerable costs, we charge the following flat rates for returns:
Germany: €4.90
Austria, Belgium, Netherlands: €6.90
Instructions for returns or exchanges:
1. Scan the QR code or go directly to: https://stehmann-store.de/pages/rucksendungen
2. Enter your order number ST#22222 and your postal code.
3. Choose which items you would like to return or exchange for a different size.
4. Place the selected items in the original package and seal it securely.
5. Take the package to a post office or DHL shop of your choice.
Important: In case of a size exchange, we will send the replacement item as soon as the returned trousers have arrived at our warehouse.
Upon receipt, we will process your return as quickly as possible and refund the amount to your original payment method within a few days.

refund
Once we have received and inspected your return and confirmed that all requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email. We will refund the amount to your original payment method within a few days.
After receiving the confirmation email, the amount will be refunded through our payment system. The time it takes for the credit to be transferred to your account depends on your bank.
